Saint Joseph's School Council present “The Daily Mile in a Spooky Style “
Next Friday to celebrate Halloween the school council will be hosting its first big event of the school year. As you are probably aware the children of Saint Joseph’s regularly take part in the daily mile. Each day we walk, jog and sprint for 15 minutes, chatting to our friends, sharing stories with our teachers and generally have a wee break from all the hard work we are doing in class.
The School Council have cleverly thought to combine this fun activity with our annual Halloween dress up day. Children will complete laps of the school grounds dressed in their finest scary costumes and every so often pick up a treat from the trick or treat table… throw a water balloon at a teacher or two and have a great time raising much needed funds for the School Council. So keep your eyes 👀 out for the spooky posters advertising this wonderful event !
