Congratulations to all the boys and girls who took part in Peace Proms 2017 in the SSE Arena, Belfast.
On Sunday 26th February 2017, 23 very excited children made their way through the wind and torrential rain to the SSE Arena for the Peace Proms 2017.
Once again we settled into our seats, had a rehearsal, snack time and stretched our legs before the show began.
Every year we love to watch all the different instruments on the stage in the orchestra. We were lucky to meet Mrs Morgan’s niece who plays in the Viola in the orchestra.
We all sang our hearts out to ‘Annie’ Disney Medley, Together we are one; Pop Medley, You’re the voice and the favourite of the night, ‘Best day of my life’.
We were all so proud of our children from St. Josephs as they danced, met lots of other children and had a night to remember!
In the words of Molly (her first time at the concert, P.4) she said
“I did’nt think it was going to be so brilliant”
