P4-7 Daily Mile

This year our Primary 4-7 pupils are participating in the Daily Mile, the aim is that each day, during class time, pupils run or walk outside for 15 min (~1 mile). Research has shown its impact can be transformational – improving not only the children’s fitness, but also their concentration levels, mood, behaviour and general wellbeing.

We are all looking forward to getting fitter and healthier this year.
