Today P1/2 had a brilliant time visiting St.Johns lighthouse. We had been learning all about ‘lighthouses’ in our topic last month. It was super to actually see and be up close to a real lighthouse. The children had a picnic with ham sandwiches just like Mr Grimley in our story ‘The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch’.
