Today, our Key Stage 2 pupils engaged in an exciting and educational experience as they practically explored the world of measurement with millilitres and litres! The children had the opportunity to use a variety of beakers in different shapes and sizes, fostering their understanding of volume and capacity. By working hands-on with these tools, they successfully grasped the concept of measuring liquids accurately.
Throughout the activity, students demonstrated impressive teamwork and critical thinking as they compared how different containers affected liquid measurements. This practical approach not only enhanced their mathematical skills but also encouraged curiosity and a deeper appreciation for everyday applications of measurement.
