Internet Safety
Today is 'Safer Internet Day,' the aim of which is to inspire an international conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively. Schools from around the globe get involved to help promote the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology for children and young people.
As a school we have a 'dual responsibility' when it comes to e-safety, firstly to ensure our schools online procedures keep children safe and secondly to teach them about online safety, both within and outside school. With this in mind, please continue to promote the e-safety message not only today but throughout the year to your children. C2k Newsdesk and the Junior Newsdesk both have features on ‘Safer Internet Day’ these can be viewed throughout the week.
