Last week, our wonderful P6/7 students put on their aprons and got busy creating some scrumptious homemade soda bread! Each young chef measured out the flour, buttermilk, and a pinch of salt, before carefully cooking them on a hot plate. Once the delightful breads were ready, they topped them with butter and jam, creating a truly tasty treat!
In a heart-warming gesture of sharing, the P6/7s treated the P4/5 students and the Junior Afterschool Club to some soda bread. Everyone enjoyed the delicious soda bread, and it was smiles all around!
