On Thursday (25th) Primary 1, 2 and 3 visited Castleward. At this time of year, Castleward celebrate their Applefest.
Children were involved in arts and crafts including making craft toffee apples, chalk drawings of apples and planting their own apple seeds.
Outside, the children went on an apple hunt around the gardens of Castlward and found dozens of fallen apples.
We all had a great day out in Castleward.
