On Friday 18th January, P6 & P7 were fortunate enough to have a visitor in our classroom.
Mrs Pauline Burgess is a successful author who has written numerous books for children of various ages.
Some of our children were already familiar with her pony series and were very excited to explore some of her newer material.
Not only did we get to meet Pauline, spend some time with her and ask her lots of questions, but we were also treated to an amazing creative writing workshop which we all loved. We created some fantastic story openings which we were very proud of.
We loved having Pauline with us for the morning and we would love to welcome her back in the near future.
