This week is Mental Health Awareness Week for us all. The theme this year is kindness - follow the link to find out more. You'll find a video here that strikes a message with children and adults alike - kindness big or small makes a huge difference. Please send in a photo or 3 second video of you showing kindness to someone and we will make a presentation of them all at the end of the week. Take care everyone.
